Francistrail Roofing is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent roofing providers. We do not inspect roofs or do roof repair, roof replacement, storm or hail damage repair, or any other roofing work.

When you phone the number on this website or send a form, your call or request may be routed to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Francistrail Roofing for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. Payment can depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Francistrail Roofing. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, pricing and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its warranties, permits, licenses and insurance
• How it communicates and behaves with you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement, and it is not a promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you are matched with depends on which providers are part of our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You are never required to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you decide.
